There are many opportunities to serve at 2nd Chances. Serving is one of the best ways to connect with God and others.

Serving Opportunities 2024

Interconnect Ministries

The Interconnect Ministry meets every Wednesday between 9:00 am-11:00am. The goal is to send God’s word into prisons by finding the Christians there and sending them information to share with others that are lost. There are opportunities for addressing envelopes, signing cards, selecting and folding different articles to be mailed to the inmates.

Warming Hearts

Warming Hearts is a ministry that meets on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10 am. Enjoy fellowship with one another as you work to create quilts for those in need. Quilts from the group have been donated to children’s hospitals as well as people with Cancer diagnoses.

Resale Shop

Proceeds go to local and global ministries, while meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the community around us. Currently looking for volunteers to assist in a number of areas such as sorting, customer service and cleaning the shop.
